Victoria (Tori) Pruett

Victoria (Tori) Pruett

A native of Las Cruces and a graduate of New Mexico State University, Tori became a very welcome addition to the Sedona team in 2019.

Tori began as an Office Manager, then worked her way up the ladder into a Safety Manager and now Operations Manager, overseeing all project submittals and assisting field supervisors with safety training as well as clerical duties.

For the past 6 years, Tori has been a driving force in promoting a safety culture at Sedona Contracting.  Her “Lead by Example” approach has made her someone many seek out when they need guidance.

The integrity and respect that Tori has for her work is evident. She consistently makes time to educate and be there for team members on and off the field. Tori’s ability to remain calm and focused during even the most stressful situations makes her an exceptional role model.

Tori embodies all of our core values, however, “Job Done Right” is what comes to mind first. Tori has managed to find that middle point where policy and implementation can merge.
